Delann Dunbar

Delann has her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

She recently retired from Rutherford County Schools after 30 years of service.

When asked about her philosophy of education she stated, “I want students to have just the balanced amount of rigor and fun in their learning. School should be a place where they feel secure and feel motivated to soak up all the knowledge they can.”
