Gradual Entry is our way to gently accustom new children to regular attendance at the Preschool.
Children spend several hours visiting at Community Christian with one of their parents before they begin a regular schedule. The parent slowly draws back from the child allowing the staff member to bond with the child. The length of the Gradual Entry period is jointly determined by parent and administration based on how quickly the child adjusts.
